2006年10月份,凡诺尔开始致力于开发无菌种曲培养工程技术,以全封闭培养系统制造培养种曲的设备与工艺。2007年初,国内头台单批次投料量200kg(以干麸皮计)的全自动种曲机FN-ZQ-200成功面试。以此培养基培养后种曲菌株纯度高、孢子发芽率高、无杂菌、酶系齐全。

In Oct. 2006, Fannuoer worked on developing the sterile culture technology of koji (Aspergillus oryzae) with totally sealed system. In 2007, the first demotic Koji-mold culturing machine FN-ZQ-200 was available in Fannuoer. When using this machine, material input every single batch is 200kg (calculated as the dry bran) and the obtained spores of Aspergillus oryzae were high purity, high germination rate and abundant enzyme.

该型号种曲机的面世,打破了酿造行业始终不敢逾越的100公斤以内投料量的仿制日本酿造设备的图纸和应用技术限制,把曲培养生产带到了一片新天地。同期凡诺尔公司设计并主要参与了广东美味鲜食品有限公司菌种中心的设计规划,并提供了该中心所用的10套种曲机及酵母培养系统。

The advent of this kind of Koji-mold culturing machine struck down the limit that the material input less than 100kg in brewing industry, and took the koji-making technology to a new frontier. In the corresponding period, as the major designer and manufacturer, Fannuoer participated in establishing of the culture collection in Guangdong Meiweixian food Ltd., and offered 10 sets of Koji-mold culturing machines and Yeast cultivating equipments.

凡诺尔种曲机采用自动化操作与人工控制相结合的方式,整体设备系统机械化、自动化水平高,降低生产人员劳动强度,通过各个分系统的设计控制工艺,明显提高了曲料品质及整体生产效率。

Fannuoer Koji-mold culturing machine could be operated autonomously and artificially. The whole equipment is highly automated and mechanized. Using this equipment, the efficiency and quality of koji spores production could be improved obviously and meanwhile the intensity of labor is decreased.
