凡诺尔种曲机系统技术说明
FN-ZQJ系类种曲机集原料蒸煮、冷却（可选配抽真空装置）、氧气供给、加湿水雾化、温度检测和均匀调节等配套功能与一体，具备种曲培养的全部制程管理的机械功能，同时采用端盖快速开闭技术和运转状态下安全锁闭功能，安全连锁机构和蒸汽阀门及罐盖的开闭联动控制，确保安全性（符合使用方特种设备管理要求）。
Raw material cooking, cooling (could be optional with vacuum-pumping device ), oxygen supplying, water atomizing, temperature testing and conditioning are all combined in the FN-ZQ Koji-mold culturing machine. All the requested conditions of Aspergillus oryzae could be obtained when using Fannuoer Koji-mold culturing machine. The covers on the end of the item are rapidly opening and closing and they could be locked when the device running. The interlocking mechanism, steam valves and cover of machine are linkage control in order to ensure the safety (meet the requirements of user’s work safety department).
罐体、和物料接触的培养托盘、培养车以及种曲机自带配管均为不锈钢304材质。罐体内风机安装在罐体尾部，电线管配制合理美观；安装可正反转的变频调速电机、机械密封，内外结合式温度交换控制系统来提高产品性能。
The tank, trays which contacting with the material directly, cultrue vehicle and the piping with our koji-mold culturing machine are all
made in 304 stainless steel. The fan is installed in the end of the tank, and the matched wire tubes are reasonable and nice-looking. frequency motor, which could be rotated backward or forward, mechanical seal, and temperature control system of external and internal are installed to improve the product performance.
